99% of shipments within the continental 48 will arrive within 1-5 business days. Because of our strategic locations throughout the USA we are able to offer free and efficient shipping.

Still not fast enough? Call Us! We will do our best to get your product to you as soon as possible. Our JumBows can be quite expensive to ship expedited; many times we can get a JumBow to you within two days via ground shipping. We DO offer flat rate expedited shipping on single and double JumBows – simply choose the option on checkout.

We can help! JumBows have a rubber, non-scratch magnetic base. If you are concerned that your car or other item may not be magnetic or the JumBow may slip we recommend placing a simple no-slip shelf liner (can be purchased online or at any large store like Target) underneath the bow between your gift/car and the bow.

The bow can be placed on the trunk or top of the car as well. We also offer many suction cup bows.

IMPORTANT: None of our bows are meant to be used while the car is in use! They are for gifting or displaying only! Don’t Drive with a Bow on the vehicle.

NO! All of our bows are for display/gift giving ONLY. Do not attempt to drive with the bow still attached to the vehicle. This is not safe.

CarBowz accepts returns of items in original condition, provided the buyer pays for return shipping. Items that are damaged, heavily used, or wrongfully returned will not be accepted. Please notify CarBowz of all changes or cancellations immediately.

Because most orders ship the same day they are placed, the customer may be responsible for shipping costs incurred due to a cancellation of or change to the order. Although we make every effort to maintain the prices shown on our web site, CarBowz reserves the right to change prices due to an increase in product cost.

If an order is received damaged, please keep all of the damaged products and the original packaging box with the shipping labels. Call CarBowz immediately to file a claim. Your satisfaction is always important to us at CarBowz.

Due to the custom nature of our business we must be notified on all custom returns within 5 days after delivery. All stock items have a 30 day return policy. If you would like to return merchandise please email us or call at 888-824-6756 immediately for return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
